FOUNDING
STORY
In
looking back on my business, and my purpose for
originating a spa consulting and training company,
it took some time to put my story into words,
because I knew I needed to define myself, before
I could expect my clients to. It is clear that
no two projects are the same, and my goal of building
ongoing success was to create an outstanding reputation
with each client. This is where the concept of
the Lotus Effect, came into play. This term refers
to the naturally occurring effect of certain plants
and insects with the ability to sustain their
purity in less than pristine conditions, like
the lotus flower. This inspired me, and appealed
to my personality to continually strive to keep
an integral core, and act in pure conciousness
both professionally and personally.
My goal is not to sell you on who I am or what
I do, but to create a personal business connection
as a consultant, while maximizing your key contributions
and potential. It is important for me to utilize
my knowledge and contacts in the industry, to
recognize areas of need, and find a way to change
the present for a better future. A lot of what
I do is spearheading projects, bringing together
key networks, that in turn can streamline change
in the industry and on global interest projects.
My work is not only focused on the viability of
your business, but with using our industry to
bring awareness to global needs. This philanthropic
streak was grown in my international work and
exposure to other cultures, that enabled me to
give back some of that beauty we work with. Join

Liz
galloway, ceo & executive director
Executive Director, Liz Galloway is involved
with spa and resort launch support and business
consulting in the USA and Central America, and
continues to increase her experience with other
international contracts around the world. Experience
in design, management, and overall operation of
spas, allows her to bring a more defined level
to the work. Years of experience include,
creating a sports clinic early in her career,
working with celebrity athletes, directing, operating
and opening successful spas, and being sought
as an innovative trainer and bodyworker. With
a background in Business and Hospitality Management,
she has been able to provide a high level of insight
and professionalism to each project. She travels
frequently to research spas, and support client
management, along with other entreprenurial pursuits,
that include bringing more effective and available
training to the industry. She is involved in trade
and expo presentations, and frequently is asked
to speak or train at seminars, retreats, and expo's.

two e book for the industry, and is working on
a third resource book for print. She continue
to provide forward thinking concepts, and is passionate

Stacey Abrams has a passion for
the spa industry which rose from her personal
experience in health and wellness healing. She
has first hand knowledge of the ability of rigid
detoxing, hydrotherapy and exercise to naturally
heal the body. With a coaching and project management
background, she has also spent time in the real
estate and mortgage industries. She posesses a
versitile, creative ability in her project development
and client relations. She works one on one with
our virtual spa clients and assists in start up
project development. Soon to be heading up the
Toronto office, she is a welcome addition to the
